Is barefoot running good for you?

Apparently not. I just read an article from Huffington Post this morning that basically debunks many advantages that Vibram’s FiveFingers shoes claim to support. Vibram will now have pay a hefty fine after settling a multi-million dollar class action lawsuit.

    Here’s a link to the article: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2014/05/10/_n_5302213.html

I never played sports growing up and only worked out sporadically.  I never imagined I'd be doing the things I am at age 43 thanks to MaxT3.
